RETURN POLICY

Michelle Dinelle Abstracts policy ensures that every buyer can shop with confidence and be completely satisfied with their original artwork.

Please inspect your painting as soon as it arrives. A painting left in packaging for any length of time after you receive it can cause damage. In the unlikely case of damage during transit, send an email to info@michelledinelle.com within 48 hours. Please take a digital photo of the damaged painting and packaging.

NOTE: 50% of the price of commissioned, CUSTOM paintings is considered a non-refundable fee as the artwork has been created specific to clients personal requests. Upon request, images of your completed, custom painting will be emailed for approval prior to shipping. 

 

Michelle Dinelle Abstracts is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking. 

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of shipment receipt for an exchange or full refund. Items are to be returned with 28 days, in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consider using a trackable/insured delivery service to guarantee delivery.

REFUNDS

Refunds/exchanges will be issued once your item has been received, inspected, and seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when shipped. You will be notified and your refund or exchange will be processed.
