All images published on the Web Site (the “Contents”) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are owned by Michelle Dinelle Abstracts. Michelle Dinelle Abstracts grants you a limited right to access and use the Web Site. You may not modify, create a derivative work, display, distribute, or in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any of the Contents without seeking prior written permission from Michelle Dinelle Abstracts. You are also restricted from using any automated device or manual process to copy, monitor, index or data mine the contents of the Web Site.

Please note that I (Michelle Dinelle) (Michelle Dinelle Abstracts) retain all rights to all artwork, even those of sold and commissioned original paintings. The artist, Michelle Dinelle retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original). Michelle Dinelle Abstracts is not currently selling full rights to any original paintings. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist’s written permission.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information requested from you on order forms will only be used to respond to you directly. To purchase artwork, you must provide contact information (name, shipping address, telephone number). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. If there is difficulty processing an order, this information will be used to contact you. Financial information (credit card number, expiration date) is protected by PayPal and not made available to Michelle Dinelle Abstracts. Michelle Dinelle Abstracts will not share your information with any third party outside of this organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Your privacy is respected.
