Your purchase(s) will be safely packaged and sent to you via Canada Post's expedited shipping within 3-5 business days of purchase. Package will be insured and a tracking number provided to you via email. If you require priority service, please contact prior to purchase and a quote for shipping rates will be provided. *A telephone number is required for courier, be sure to provide at check-out.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Shipments outside Canada do not include charges for any additional handling, VAT, duty or custom charges, taxes or import fees. These charges are the buyer/receiver's responsibility and may need to be paid prior to delivery. This is not normally the case, as 'hand-painted, original paintings' are not usually charged, but as each country is different so you may want to contact your local post office for more information. All artwork will be sent as registered and will require a signature. If a shipment is refused by the buyer or returned as undeliverable, a refund for the abandoned package will not be provided. Any additional shipping charges required to return it will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note, larger paintings will be removed from their stretcher bars, rolled and shipped in an art tube to be re-stretched at its destination. You can easily and inexpensively have this piece re-framed by a local framer. This is more economical and easier for custom clearance and will ensure your painting arrives undamaged.

Michelle Dinelle Abstracts policy ensures that every buyer can shop with confidence and be completely satisfied with their original artwork.
Please inspect your painting as soon as it arrives. A painting left in packaging for any length of time after you receive it can cause damage. In the unlikely case of damage during transit, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Please take a digital photo of the damaged painting and packaging.
NOTE: 50% of the price of commissioned, CUSTOM paintings is considered a non-refundable fee as the artwork has been created specific to clients personal requests. Upon request, images of your completed, custom painting will be emailed for approval prior to shipping.
Michelle Dinelle Abstracts is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking.
Returns will be accepted within 10 days of shipment receipt for an exchange or full refund. Items are to be returned with 28 days, in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consider using a trackable/insured delivery service to guarantee delivery.
Refunds/exchanges will be issued once your item has been received, inspected, and seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when shipped. You will be notified and your refund or exchange will be processed.
